Online Account Forms

When filling out the Online Account Form, please choose an online platform from the dropdown (this can be changed later) or if available type "CB&S Div" in the Broker (office name) field.

A copy of your government issued identification or proof of address may be requested.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To ensure that your online application has been accepted, you must receive a confirmation number after you have clicked "submit". Keep note of this number for easy reference to your application. You will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your application.

( NOTE: The mininum account size for online trading accounts is $5,000 USD. )
